This role supports project execution activities while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality customer solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), automation technologies, and industrial control applications. This position is well-suited for an engineer who aspires to develop into a Lead Engineer or Project Manager role. This is a hybrid role reporting onsite to Foxboro, MA 2 days per week. What will you do? * Design, configure, test, and implement automation and control system applications. * Develop and maintain DCS control strategies, graphics, alarm management systems, and system documentation. * Participate in system integration, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and startup activities. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, communication, and control system issues. * Collaborate with project managers, lead engineers, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. * Develop and review engineering deliverables including functional design specifications, control narratives, test procedures, I/O databases, and cause-and-effect matrices. * Support customer meetings, technical reviews, and project execution activities. * Apply engineering standards, quality processes, and cybersecurity best practices throughout project execution. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share technical knowledge within the engineering organization., This position is intended for engineers seeking growth beyond individual contributor responsibilities.
