This role is responsible for coordinating teams, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring successful execution of complex programs across multiple engineering disciplines. The ideal candidate will have strong program or project management experience within a product development environment and a proven ability to drive collaboration among hardware, mechanical, electrical, and software teams., * Experience managing programs or projects within a product development environment * Hands-on experience with Planview * Strong cross-functional project management experience, including collaboration with hardware, mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment * Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: * PMP certification or other formal project management training * Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) or related process improvement experience * 6+ years of technical program management or continuous improvement experience * Knowledge of Program Management methodologies and Product Development & Release (PDR) processes * Demonstrated leadership and influence in driving cross-functional teams to successful outcomes * Strong executive communication and presentation skills * Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies * Product design experience or direct involvement with engineering-led product development * Experience with project management tools such as Planview, MS Project, QuickBase, Office Timeline, or similar platforms * Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, semiconductor equipment operations, or a related industry * Familiarity with change management methodologies ## Description Kforce's large enterprise client is looking for a Technical Program Manager in Tualatin, OR.
