In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a combination of experience and education will also be considered * Experience in data engineering, database development, or a closely related role that included building production ETL/ELT pipelines for relational databases such as SQL Server and/or Azure SQL * Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, data quality, and pipeline orchestration * Advanced SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, query optimization, and data modeling * Familiarity with using Python for data processing, automation, and API integration * Experience with Git-based development and version control * Experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably Azure and/or AWS * In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, PowerBI, and Fabric * Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems * Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments * Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. The minimum salary for the Database Analyst position is $80,000 annually [or $38.46 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Database Analyst position is $90,000 annually [or $43.26 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. ## Description As a CBRE Database Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing, designing, and implementing databases and related products to support business operations. You will also develop various views and front-end interfaces for users to update data and maintain business processes. The ideal candidate is strong in SQL, comfortable working across cloud data platforms, and able to take ownership of solutions from source-system integration through production deployment. This job is part of the Database Engineering job function. They are responsible for the upkeep of databases across several company platforms and computing environments.
