## About the Role

We are seeking hands-on Full-Stack Developers with strong experience in React and .NET to help develop, enhance, and modernize marketing websites. The ideal candidates will be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end technologies and collaborating closely with an established development team.

Experience with Brightspot CMS is preferred, but not required., * 4+ years of professional software development experience.

 * Strong experience developing user interfaces and web applications using React.
 * Professional experience developing applications using .NET.
 * Experience working with Microsoft Azure.
 * Experience using Azure DevOps Boards or similar work-item/project management tools.
 * Experience working with GraphQL.
 * Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude.
 * Experience working within collaborative software development teams.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with developers, stakeholders, and project teams.
 * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, maintainable code.
 * Brightspot CMS experience preferred, but not required.

## Description

* Develop and maintain website functionality within the Brightspot CMS platform.
 * Build and enhance React-based front-end components and user-facing web experiences.
 * Develop, maintain, and enhance back-end functionality using .NET.
 * Support the migration of pages and features from the existing platform to a modern .NET/React architecture.
 * Collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and other members of the existing team to accelerate project delivery.
 * Implement new features, enhancements, and fixes aligned with marketing website objectives.
 * Participate in technical discussions and provide practical recommendations for implementation.
 * Contribute to development efficiency, delivery velocity, and continuous process improvements.
 * Support automation initiatives and leverage AI-assisted development tools where appropriate.
 * Manage and track development tasks using Azure DevOps Boards or similar work-item management tools.
 * Troubleshoot application issues and contribute to the overall stability, usability, and maintainability of the websites.
 * Follow established development standards, processes, and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
 * Perform other duties and technical assignments as needed.
