Desirable criteria * Basic knowledge of coding fundamentals, familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, or other relevant programming languages.Use of GitHub for deployment pipelines and repositories. ## Description Reporting to the Low Code Product Manager and collaborating closely with other developers in the team, you'll work to develop new and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and CoPilot Studio), to drive efficiencies and innovation here at Penguin. As Power Platform Developer, you'll support implementing best practices, contributing to platform governance and ensuring robust and user-centric solutions, taking ownership of solutions from concept through to adoption., * Build, test, and deploy applications on the Microsoft Power Platform to solve business challenges and streamline processes. * Work with stakeholders across the business, from publishing house colleagues to technology teams, to gather requirements, refine solution scope, and ensure successful delivery. * Facilitate solution design discussions and guide stakeholders towards optimal approaches. * Define and supply solution design standards and architectures to maintain consistency and quality across the platform, aligned with enterprise architecture. * Implement and configure connectors and APIs to enable seamless data sharing and functionality across multiple business systems. * Contribute to the creation and maintenance of components, and PCFs to foster scalable, consistent and efficient solution development. * Participate in code and solution reviews to uphold coding standards, best practices, and overall solution integrity. * Diagnose and fix application issues, escalating for complex or critical cases as needed. * Keep abreast of new features in the Power Platform (e.g. Copilot Studio) and emerging industry trends to recommend and implement enhancements that drive value. * Maintain clear documentation for solutions, integrations, and technical processes to support knowledge sharing and ongoing maintenance. * Support compliance assessment processes for new app builds.Handle upgrades, patches, and bug fixes to ensure stable and up-to-date applications., While our offices across the UK are places to connect, collaborate and celebrate with colleagues, we recognise that flexibility around where you work is just as important. For this role we expect that you will work from our head office in Embassy Gardens, London a minimum of 2 days per week (with additional days for team meetings, townhalls etc as required).
