This is a hybrid role that bridges hands-on software engineering with modern engineering practices such as secure-by-design development, platform tooling, and continuous improvement. This role would suit: * A software engineer who wants deeper exposure to security, quality, and engineering maturity, or * Someone from a platform, infrastructure, or security background who wants to strengthen their software development experience. Your Role As a Software Engineer at TfGM, you'll still be a builder at heart writing code, collaborating on solutions, and contributing to live services. However, a significant part of your impact will be enabling better outcomes across the wider engineering community, not just a single product.
