Your capability in this will allow you to effectively work with stakeholders progressing change. Data Analysis Skills * Experience in producing trend/pattern analysis to track data journeys. Visualisation * Our software of choice is Power BI, but experience in similar software (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Qlik) * DAX * DevOps / JIRA Example Qualifications or equivalent experience: * PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst * DA-100: Analysing Data with Microsoft Power BI ## Description The QA Insights Team focus on providing key data insights to our colleagues in QA. You will be a leading member of the team delivering accurate and timely data driven analysis to stakeholders; allowing them to make informed decisions for the success of QA and our Learners. You will be leading a team of BI Analysts in their delivery supporting development and building up skill sets to deliver against our business roadmaps., * Interpret and visualise data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. * Develop the capability of the individuals within the Analysis team. Sharing knowledge and technical expertise to improve data analysis at departmental level. * Line Manage Junior and BI Analysts helping grow their experience and enhance their future potential for their career aspirations. * Leverage the team to deliver fast paced and effective responses to ad hoc analysis requests and queries. * Manage BI Roadmap delivery ensuring resource availability and appropriate effort planning is in place prior to Sprints. * Act as a bridge between the business functions and IT ensuring clarity of requirements for our IT team.
