## Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Digital Services team as a Digital Business Analyst, playing a key role in shaping how the Council delivers services through technology. You will work across departments to understand customer needs, map and improve processes, and help to make services simpler, more efficient and more accessible for residents. By combining user research, data analysis and stakeholder engagement, you'll help drive meaningful digital and cultural change across the organisation.
