Ideally with a background of working with Facilities Maintenance companies, developers and contractors that provide Facilities Maintenance services. This role will be National with a biased towards the South initially where we have a large database of existing assets., * Identify new SRM sales opportunities within Facilities Management. * Target Facilities Maintenance companies, Developers and Contractors with our SRM offering. * Maintain existing relationships within designated sales area and build own client database. * Support the internal and external sales teams. * Maintain call rates and calendar on chosen CRM system as defined by the UK Sales Manager. * Follow quality system documentation.
