Strategy, Business Development, & Consulting * Lead analytics initiatives through the full solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, adoption, and ongoing support. * Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams, translating complex business challenges into practical analytics solutions. * Recommend data architecture, data quality, and process improvements that strengthen reporting and analytics capabilities. * Collaborate with business analysts, BI developers, data architects, and end users to ensure solutions align with business objectives and data governance standards. * Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions that support enterprise analytics initiatives. * Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
