The Product Owner will have experience in requirements development and backlog management to support the Missile Defense Agency's Enterprise Threat Engineering organization., * Will guide and support a team of systems engineers, analysts, test engineers, and software developers to plan, design, develop, test, and document feature capabilities. * Primary responsibilities include developing requirements, prioritizing the team backlog, and documenting capabilities. * Additionally, this position will require coordination across operational, simulation, and user community to design and deploy new features and enhancements to new and existing applications. * Secondary responsibilities will include interfacing with TASD/TPS customers and presenting technical briefings to TPS leadership and stakeholders., Serve as a technical Product Owner for an agile software team supporting a classified national security program. Must have Java development background, manage backlog and priorities, use Jira, produce BOEs/proposals, communicate with program management and customers, and lead teams to deliver features. Requires Top Secret clearance and limited travel (~10%)., Leads business development and strategic account growth with pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners across the U.S. West and Central regions.
