## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Microsoft Windows Server?, * Solid Windows Server experience - administration, patching, backup, and fault resolution

 * Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure AD / Entra ID skills
 * Networking fundamentals - VLANs, switches, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP
 * Endpoint management experience - Intune, Group Policy, or similar
 * A genuine interest in cyber security - incidents, patching, AV, compliance
 * Confident communicator - you will be dealing with non-technical school staff every day
 * Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
 * Education sector experience is a strong advantage but not essential

## Description

You will carry a portfolio of school clients across Liverpool and Merseyside, visiting sites regularly and managing all day-to-day IT needs remotely and on-site. You will work closely with the director but will operate independently day to day.

What You Will Be Doing

 * Visiting client schools - minimum 3 days per week on-site across the client base
 * Owning all server, backup, and AV management for your schools
 * Responding to and resolving support tickets via our PSA platform
 * Managing Microsoft 365 tenants, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Intune MDM
 * Maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure - switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls
 * Handling cyber security incidents and supporting Cyber Essentials compliance
 * Building strong relationships with school staff, headteachers, and business managers
 * Attending occasional networking events and representing PT Cyber professionally
 * Earning commission on any new contracts you bring in
