This role would suit a school or college leaver, someone looking for their first professional IT role, or anyone with a genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn., * An interest in technology and how things work * A helpful and patient approach when supporting others * Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Reliability, organisation and a strong work ethic * A willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges Throughout the year, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows, ChromeOS, macOS, Android, iOS, networking, classroom technology, AV systems and end-user support. As part of your development, you'll also have the opportunity to work towards an industry-recognised certification, such as Microsoft MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or CompTIA A+, with exam funding provided by the school. The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check. ## Description Are you interested in technology and looking for your first step into an IT career?, No two days are the same. You could be helping staff and students with technical issues, preparing and deploying equipment, maintaining classroom technology, supporting school events, or carrying out preventative maintenance to keep systems running smoothly. You do not need formal IT qualifications or previous professional experience. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity and willingness to get stuck in.
