We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who will bring our values to life and help ensure our customers receive outstanding services. Day in the life of a People Systems and Data Analyst In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining, developing and optimising our HR systems, data and reporting capabilities. You'll support the effective operation of our People services by ensuring data is accurate, accessible and insightful, enabling better decision-making across the organisation. You will: * Manage and maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity * Develop and produce reports and dashboards to support informed decision-making * Support system administration, configuration and continuous improvement activities * Carry out data quality checks and implement improvements to data standards * Respond to data and reporting requests accurately and within agreed deadlines * Support the ongoing development of HR technology, automation and reporting tools * Ensure all data is handled in line with GDPR and confidentiality requirements, We are committed to carrying out safeguarding checks with all our colleagues.
