This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of IT systems by acting as the first point of contact for user issues, faults and service requests. You will support business-as-usual IT operations, assist with user account administration and equipment setup, and ensure issues are logged, tracked and resolved in a timely manner. You will also work closely with the internal IT team and our parent company to escalate and resolve more complex technical issues. In addition, you will support routine system checks, onboarding and offboarding processes, and contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement activities as required.
