## About the Role

* 1-2 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity (internship or entry-level roles welcome).
 * Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and security principles.
 * Familiarity with SIEM tools and log analysis (Splunk experience is a plus).
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
 * Ability to work in a 24/7 Security Operations rotation (including nights/weekends as scheduled).

Preferred Skills

 * Exposure to scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
 * Knowledge of common attack techniques and frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK).
 * Certifications such as Security+, CySA+, or equivalent are a plus.

## Description

* Monitor security alerts and escalate incidents as needed.
 * Assist in triaging and investigating security events.
 * Support senior engineers in incident response activities.
 * Maintain and update Security Operations documentation and playbooks.
 * Learn and apply threat intelligence to improve detection capabilities.
 * Collaborate with global team members to ensure continuous coverage.
