## About the Role

* Have 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
 * Possess leadership experience in Cloud Native Platform Engineering, driving toward an enabled ecosystem of capabilities within our organization.
 * Have experience building and operating highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable production services using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
 * Demonstrate expert knowledge of the Go programming language and be comfortable leveraging Python or Bash for scripting needs.
 * Express expertise in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTP) and knowledge of Linux-based operating systems.
 * Have expertise leveraging CI/CD tools to achieve good software development practices.

## Description

As a Principal Software Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for:

 * Leading the development of the cloud native platform built on Kubernetes and other cloud-native technologies
 * Contributing to and helping shape the engineering roadmap by working with management and business stakeholders
 * Contributing to enterprise features expected from a cloud native platform
 * Developing best practices, knowledge sharing, and mentoring
 * Leading and collaborating with engineering teams in an Agile environment
 * Fostering an environment that encourages innovative solutions, rapid development cycles, and open communication
