If you have strong IT skills, great customer service experience and enjoy solving technical problems, this is an opportunity to build specialist knowledge in telematics, connected vehicle technology and IoT within a supportive forward-thinking company.
What you'll be doing:
Managing inbound support calls and ticket queuesTroubleshooting GPS, GSM and connected vehicle systemsWorking with CRM and ticketing platformsDelivering excellent customer serviceDocumenting and resolving technical issues efficiently
