This position requires an active U.S. Government security clearance, applicants who do not currently hold the required clearance will not be eligible for consideration. Employment for cleared roles is contingent upon verification of clearance status., * Must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active Secret security clearance, with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. * Must hold an active Security+ certification or obtain one within the first six months of employment. * Associate degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; two years of relevant technical troubleshooting experience may substitute for the degree. * Ability to work a weekly day or night shift that includes one weekend day. This position requires three to four 12-hour shifts per week. * Ability to work the Back Half Night Shift: 6:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m., Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday night., * Experience with networking, firewalls, routing, remote-site connectivity, and troubleshooting practices. * Experience with Red Hat Linux, LDAP, and DNS. * Experience with Active Directory. * Experience with VMware and virtual servers. * Experience with Kubernetes and AWS. * Strong critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills, business acumen, customer-support skills, results orientation, and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. ## Description We're hiring a Technical Services Operations Center Administrator (TSOC) to join our team in Longmont, Colorado. This role supports the monitoring and troubleshooting of enterprise, factory, and platform services while communicating incidents and operational status to the appropriate stakeholders.
