## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Microsoft Windows Server?, We don't expect you to know everything but we do expect the right attitude.

 * Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support (MSP experience preferred)
 * Comfortable handling 2nd line support issues
 * Solid understanding of:
 * Microsoft 365 / Office 365
 * Windows Server
 * Active Directory
 * Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, etc.)
 * Strong problem-solving mindset and communication skills
 * A genuine desire to learn, grow, and improve

## Description

You'll be at the heart of our service delivery, supporting a variety of businesses across different industries:

 * Resolving IT support tickets from start to finish (no hand-offs, real ownership)
 * Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, someone they rely on
 * Troubleshooting across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud environments
 * Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and more
 * Assisting with onsite visits when required (not just stuck behind a desk)
 * Working closely with senior engineers and account managers to deliver exceptional service
