Bonus Points * Healthcare, health insurance, or other regulated-industry experience (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST). * Experience with Databricks, Creatio, or other low-code/CRM platforms. * Experience modernizing legacy systems, especially mainframe, IBM i, or RPG environments. * Familiarity with data engineering concepts like data lakehouses, medallion architecture, or change data capture. * A graduate degree in a relevant field., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Required Experience: * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development. * Proven track record of working on mid to large-scale software projects. * Experience with agile development methodologies and practices. * Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.
