This role will oversee the transformation portfolio, optimize program management processes and tools, and deliver executive-level reporting to inform decision-making and governance. Key Responsibilities * Strategic Program Leadership: Lead the execution of complex, cross-functional transformation programs, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, business priorities, and value realization targets. * Portfolio Governance & Optimization: Establish and refine portfolio management processes to improve initiative prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking across the transformation landscape. * Program Management: Provide guidance, leadership and transformation support for execution and shorten time to value through waterfall and agile methodologies. * Tool Strategy & Enablement: Evaluate, implement, and optimize program and portfolio management and execution tools to support scalable execution, data integrity, and user adoption across business units. * Executive Reporting & Insights: Develop and maintain high-impact dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into program health, portfolio performance, and strategic alignment; deliver insights to senior leadership and governance boards. * Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Partner with executive sponsors, functional leaders, and transformation teams to define program objectives, manage interdependencies, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle. * Change Enablement: Lead change management efforts including communications, training, and engagement strategies to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models. * Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues across the portfolio; develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical items to leadership as needed. * Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance capabilities, and accelerate transformation outcomes. * Organizational Support: Provide financial management for the Office of the CIO and manage licensing and vendors for Portfolio and Program Management tools and resources. * Successful people leader: Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and recruit high performing teams through trust, inclusion, and psychological safety.
