You will help shape internal IT and cyber security while also gaining experience within professional AV support and customer service delivery. ## Description We are a growing UK-based AV and technology business looking to strengthen our internal IT capability while continuing to deliver high-quality AV support to our customers. We operate a Microsoft cloud-first environment and maintain Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation. We are seeking a proactive and technically capable individual to take ownership of our internal IT systems and cyber security requirements, while also supporting our external AV service and support operations. This is a varied role combining internal IT, cyber security, Microsoft 365 administration and customer-facing AV support. Internal IT will form a key part of the role, alongside supporting our AV service desk and customers. AV-specific training and support will be provided where required. The Role You will be responsible for managing and supporting our internal IT environment while assisting with AV support and service delivery for external customers.
