## About the Role

Do you have experience in Sage?, Experience with one or more of the following systems would be highly advantageous:

 * Microsoft Dynamics NAV
 * JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
 * SAP ECC
 * Sage Line 500

About You:
To be successful in this role you will have:

 * Previous experience in an ERP/Application Support position.
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical users.
 * Experience working within a fast-paced support environment.
 * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 * A customer -focused approach and commitment to service excellence.

Desirable Experience:

 * Manufacturing industry experience.
 * ERP certifications
 * Microsoft certifications
 * Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Azure or cloud-based technologies.
 * Understanding of networking infrastructure.
 * Experience supporting business-critical systems.

## Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced ERP Support Specialist to join a global manufacturing organisation and become a key member of its EMEA ERP Operations Team.
This is a excellent opportunity for a skilled It professional with ERP support experience to work within a multinational environment, supporting critical business systems across multiple sites throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The successful candidate will provide first and second-line support for a range of ERP and business applications, ensuring a high-quality service for internal stakeholders while contributing to ongoing improvements, standardisation and best practise initiatives., * Provide first and second-line support for ERP and business applications.

 * Monitor and manage ERP helpdesk tickets, ensuring service level agreements are met.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating where required.
 * Train and support business users on ERP functionally and best practises.
 * Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
 * Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
 * Support ERP-related projects, systems improvements and process changes.
 * Monitor service quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards and operational procedures.
