Whether it's managing high-stakes shipping, executing a complex print project, or being the welcoming face at the front desk, you ensure business continuity with a professional smile. What You'll Do: 1. The "Front of House" Ambassador * Provide a 5-star concierge experience for guests and clients. * Manage lobby flow, security protocols, and global call routing with grace and composure. 2. Logistics & Mail Mastery * Own the lifecycle of inbound/outbound shipments. * Master manual and electronic chain-of-custody procedures for high-priority packages. 3. Production & Reprographics Specialist * Operate high-end Multi-Functional Devices (MFD) for print, binding (GBC, Velo, Coil), and digital scanning. * Ensure all equipment is "battle-ready" with proactive maintenance and toner management. 4.
