$35.00 Work Model: Onsite - onsite Hours: 40.0, * Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing systems and related hardware/software. * Monitor system performance and resolve issues to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. * Install system updates, patches, and approved software enhancements. * Support end users by diagnosing and resolving manufacturing system issues. * Assist with system integrations, configuration changes, and equipment connectivity. * Develop and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides. * Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve technical issues. * Perform system backups and assist with data recovery when required. * Participate in disaster recovery planning and recovery testing. * Conduct routine system health checks and audits to identify and correct operational issues. * Maintain user accounts, permissions, and system security in accordance with company policies. * Communicate system status, maintenance activities, and incidents to management. * Ensure compliance with company policies related to cybersecurity, data integrity, and change management. * Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to other team members. ## Related Videos -
