This role is ideal for a ServiceNow professional with solid hands-on development and configuration experience who is looking to contribute to meaningful, mission-focused solutions. The ideal candidate has experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, integrations, and module configuration and is comfortable working collaboratively with senior developers, architects, analysts, and client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment., * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration, including scripting and application customization. * Working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CMDB, or SecOps. * Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions. * Experience configuring workflows, forms, fields, notifications, reports, and other ServiceNow platform functionality. * Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical ServiceNow solutions. * Experience developing or supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, or other integration frameworks. * Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working as part of a collaborative development team. * Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze problems, and develop maintainable solutions. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to work within established development standards, security requirements, and federal client environments. * Familiarity with federal compliance and security requirements, including FISMA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53, is preferred. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment., * U.S. Citizenship is required. * Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one. * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred. * ITIL Foundation certification preferred. * ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is a plus. * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred., * 3+ years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of an ITSM platform. * 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment. * Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including creating and/or customizing applications and platform functionality. * 3+ years of experience working with one or more programming or scripting languages, preferably JavaScript. * Experience developing or supporting ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or similar technologies. * Experience creating technical documentation and maintaining development and configuration documentation. * Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred. * Federal government or government contracting experience is preferred. ## Description * Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across one or more modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CMDB, or custom applications. * Translate functional and technical requirements into effective ServiceNow configurations and custom development. * Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and related platform components. * Configure workflows, forms, fields, notifications, reports, and other ServiceNow functionality based on business requirements. * Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration methods. * Collaborate with senior developers, architects, business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. * Participate in unit testing, system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable and maintainable solutions. * Identify and resolve technical issues and recommend improvements to existing ServiceNow functionality and processes. * Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. * Create and maintain technical documentation related to configurations, development, integrations, and system processes. * Follow established development standards, security requirements, and ServiceNow best practices. * Support platform enhancements, upgrades, deployments, and ongoing maintenance activities. * Stay current with ServiceNow platform capabilities and contribute ideas for process automation and platform improvements.
