This role delivers high-quality software solutions across EZCORP's digital product portfolio, including customer-facing mobile and web applications, e-commerce platforms, internal store applications, and enterprise integrations.This senior role goes beyond individual contribution. You will lead multiple concurrent projects, own technical direction, coordinate work across engineers and contractors, manage delivery timelines, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned workstreams.This is not a traditional engineering role with AI tools added on.
