This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, AI, and Digital Experience, helping to deliver a modern, engaging recruitment journey for candidates. The RoleYou will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a candidate experience transformation programme, including the implementation of career sites, AI-powered candidate engagement tools, and integrations with existing recruitment systems.Working closely with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, Product, Technology and third-party vendors, you will ensure successful delivery from requirements gathering through to testing, launch and adoption.
