## Description

* Build and configure AI agents (virtual agents, copilots) on ServiceNow.
 * Design multi-step agent workflows for real scenarios.
 * Use Now Assist capabilities to automate:
 + ITSM workflows (incidents, requests)
 + HR / CSM use cases
 + Create LLM-powered topics (use cases) for agents.
 + Design:
