## About the Role

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, We're looking for someone who is:

 * Experienced in Print & Media.
 * Commercially aware with a strong interest in pricing, margins, and deal structuring.
 * Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail.
 * Comfortable working with data, systems, and multiple stakeholders.
 * An excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
 * Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities. A problem-solver with a solutions-focused mindset.

Skills & Experience:

 * GCSEs/A-Levels (or equivalent); a degree in business, finance, or similar is a bonus.
 * Strong Excel skills and proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce, NetSuite). Experience handling commercially sensitive information with professionalism.

## Description

We're looking for a commercially minded, detail-driven Commercial Analyst to join our growing Print & Media team. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our commercial operations, working closely with Sales, Pricing, Suppliers, and Operations to drive revenue growth and smarter decision-making.

Ideally, this role will be based locally with the ability to work in our Chippenham office at least 3 days per week, but we are open to candidates across the country and remote work, for the right person.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a trusted partner to the Sales Director and wider team, you will:

 * Drive deal success by coordinating and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle.
 * Act as the central hub for Print & Media opportunities, ensuring deals progress smoothly and accurately.
 * Analyse pricing, supplier costs, and margins to support commercial decision-making.
 * Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Internal Sales teams on deal queries.
 * Engage with suppliers to obtain quotes, lead times, and product insights.
 * Prepare compelling proposals, deal documentation, and internal submissions.
 * Identify opportunities to improve margins and optimise deal structures.
 * Maintain high-quality, accurate data in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
 * Contribute to account planning and customer insights.
 * Act as a key connector between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Suppliers. Drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
