PBI/Power Paginated Report or similar (essential) * Strong I.T skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office 365, Microsoft Excel (essential) * Desirables are Automation, PowerApps, andPoint knowledge and a wide experience of sourcing data into BI (SharePoint, Exchange, API etc.) * Commitment to providing high levels of customer service * Experience of producing regular KPI reports * Demonstrates an understanding of business improvement methods (desirable) * First class communication skills, with an ability to present data and analysis to stakeholders * Capable of embracing constant change in a fast-paced environment ## Description * The Business Information Analyst ensures that Maintenance Service's operational reporting supports data driven decision making through the creation, development and provision of performance reports, dashboards and insights. Developing robust dashboards, scorecards and reports. Drive the comprehensive delivery of reporting requests/business problems, from initial conception to the deployment of new dashboards/reports, utilising project management methodologies to meticulously track and report progress.
