Experience: 0-3 years of experience in software/system engineering development or software/hardware testing. Technical Skills: * A technical background in development and testing. * Familiarity with Unix and Linux OS, with a basic understanding of systems administrator capabilities and command language for Linux preferred. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. * Experience writing test documentation such as test plans, scripts, and test results reports. Other Skills: * Ability to plan engineering activities to perform tasks. * Solid writing and communication skills. * Ability to analyze and interpret test results and provide recommendations. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the In-flight Entertainment (IFE) or Avionics industry is preferred., * Work hours consist of an 8-hour day shift with a flexible start time. * The majority of time is spent at a test rack (75%), which includes standing, lifting, bending, twisting, and stooping. * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required. * Occasional overtime and possible weekend support may be required. * No travel is required. ## Description This position assists in the development, testing, release, and integration of software and hardware activities.
