## About the Role

The selected candidate will have 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering., * Strong Linux system administration experience

 * Extensive experience with containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher(or similar Kubernetes management platforms)
 * Strong experience with Git and modern Git workflows
 * Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps
 * Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
 * Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools
 * Experience with virtualization technologies: VMware, Proxmox
 * Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions: Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Icinga ELK/OpenSearch
 * Strong understanding of networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and VPN technologies
 * Experience implementing security best practices, including secrets management, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening
 * Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and production environments

Nice to have

 * Experience with public cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform
 * Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
 * Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
 * Experience with SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
 * Experience supporting microservices architectures.
 * Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security standards, * A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
 * A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a related role
 * Proficiency in the English Language

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Middle-Level DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and CI/CD platforms that support our software development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Software Engineers, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams to automate processes, improve deployment reliability, and ensure operational excellence.
As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior engineers, drive DevOps best practices, and contribute to architectural decisions that enable rapid and reliable software delivery., * Design, implement, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

 * Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and automated software delivery
 * Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes
 * Design and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure Kubernetes environments
 * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement preventive measures
 * Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability, scalability, and deployment strategies
 * Implement and maintain observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and alerting
 * Ensure infrastructure complies with security best practices and organizational standards
 * Perform capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity improvements
 * Lead incident response activities, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
 * Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote DevOps culture and best practices across engineering teams
 * Evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools to improve platform efficiency and developer productivity

Participate in architecture discussions and infrastructure planning for new products and services
