This is a remote role with occasional travel to customer sites when required. You will be responsible for supporting a wide range of businesses, resolving technical issues, maintaining infrastructure, delivering projects, and helping clients get the most from their technology investments. You will be expected to take ownership of issues from initial diagnosis through to resolution, communicate professionally with clients, and always look for the best long-term solution rather than the quickest workaround. You will have the freedom to manage your own day, but with that freedom comes the expectation that client issues, projects, and responsibilities are delivered to a high standard without the need for constant oversight. When support demand is low, we expect our engineers to proactively improve documentation, refine internal processes, enhance monitoring and automation, strengthen security, or develop their technical skills. We would rather have no ticket updates than meaningless ticket updates.
