## About the Role

Do you have experience in IT?, * Experience in an IT role working with software or performing business analysis is required.

 * Knowledge and experience of operating API interfacing with MuleSoft and/or IBM integration technologies such as API Connect and App Connect Enterprise (ACE) preferred.
 * Experience of working with APIs preferred.
 * Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent preferred.
 * ITIL qualification (Foundation level or above) preferred.
 * An understand the SFM divisions business process in order to support them in adopting integrated ways of working.

## Description

We are recruiting for an Integration Analyst to support our UK facilities management division and IT integration team to develop an integration product for subcontractors.

What will you deliver?

 * Provide technical expertise to enable the configuration of system components and equipment for systems testing.
 * Work with the programme lead to track progress on the adoption roadmap and reports on progress against the plan.
 * Collaborate with operational teams to understand the advantages and challenges of integration.
 * Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and tools.
 * Collaborating with technical teams to develop and agree system integration plans and report on progress.
 * Defines complex/new integration builds.
 * Ensures integration test environments are correctly configured.
 * Designs, performs and reports results of tests of the integration build.
 * Identifies and documents system integration components for recording in the configuration management system.
