## About the Role

Do you have experience in Virtualization?, * 4+ years' experience in IT support/infrastructure

 * Strong all-round technical knowledge
 * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
 * Ability to take ownership of technical issues and projects

## Description

We're partnering with a well established organisation in Hampshire that is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their internal IT team.

This role will suit someone who enjoys a mix of BAU support and project work, with a strong focus on infrastructure and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

 * Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues
 * Managing and maintaining servers, networks, and cloud platforms
 * Leading on small to medium IT projects
 * Supporting Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
 * Improving systems, performance, and security

Tech environment:

 * Azure / Office 365
 * Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
 * Virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V)
 * Networking (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
 * Backup & disaster recovery solutions
