## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
 * Recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience are welcome.
 * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Good communication and collaboration abilities.
 * Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
 * Internship, academic, or personal project experience related to software development or automation.
 * Exposure to SharePoint or other Microsoft 365 technologies.
 * Passion for learning and developing technical skills within the Microsoft ecosystem.

## Description

* Support the development and enhancement of applications using Power Apps.
 * Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated workflows with Power Automate.
 * Help manage and maintain SharePoint sites, data, and user permissions.
 * Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and resolving application issues.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for existing digital solutions.
 * Support user training and adoption activities across the Optima Solutions team.
