Applicant must also possess: * Safety training certificates based on business functions. Although Not Required, you may: * Incident Command Training from FEMA. * Have an Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) Wastewater Collection Certification Level 1 or Level 2. ## Description Under the direction of a PBOT-MO Environmental Systems Division (ESD) Manager II. The purpose of this position supports the coordination, prioritization, sequencing, and accomplishment reporting for sewer/stormwater inspection, cleaning, repair and utility locates work orders for sewer cleaning, associated with the maintenance and operations of the City of Portland Wastewater/Stormwater Collection System.
