## Description

The purpose of this role is to facilitate application solutions by developing and reviewing module-level codes, creating replication patterns, performing root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable, well-documented deliverables that meet business objectives., * Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

 * Design scalable, high-performance, and secure application solutions aligned with business objectives.
 * Drive technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution recommendations.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams.
 * Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

 * Mentor and guide junior engineers and support team skill development.
