This role owns forecasting, MECD performance, risk management, dependency resolution, leadership communications, and cross-functional execution while ensuring delivery commitments and business objectives are achieved. Primary Responsibilities: * Own medium-to-large project portfolios from planning through customer-ready completion. * Drive delivery performance against committed milestones, MECDs, and business objectives. * Independently manage forecast accuracy, schedule readiness, and portfolio health. * Lead Engineering, Construction, vendor, and leadership program reviews. * Own Project Jeopardy management, mitigation planning, and recovery execution. * Identify and resolve complex cross-functional risks and dependencies. * Lead escalations involving Engineering, Construction, vendors, Lumen, and leadership teams. * Develop executive-ready reporting, business impact assessments, and recovery recommendations. * Ensure compliance with FF37 governance, forecasting standards, and operational procedures.
