This position leads the successful delivery of a major RingCentral migration while overseeing the transition of telecom circuits across approximately 170 independent agencies to a managed services provider. You'll partner closely with agency stakeholders, telecommunications carriers, managed service providers, project managers, and internal technology teams to ensure seamless migrations, reliable operations, and exceptional end-user experiences. Your leadership will directly influence business continuity, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and the long-term success of Patriot's telecom strategy. Work Arrangement: Remote-first role with occasional travel. Scheduled evening and weekend work is required to support migration activities and production cutovers.
