Physical Requirements: Must have physical dexterity in order to move and install various computer equipment. 6. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. 7. Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. 8. Must be able to adjust hours to job requirements. 9. Must have acceptable PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse History clearance and FBI clearance. 10. Ability to identify with the agency Mission Statement and support the agency's Core Values. Work under the direction of the V.P. of I.S. in the analysis, evaluation, implementation and modifications of current and proposed systems, applications and related devices. Including but not limited to: + Google Workspace configuration and administration + Mobile Device Management solutions for tablets and mobile phones + Ticketing system + Hosted RingCentral phone system 2. Work under the direction of the V.P. of I.S. in the creation of specification documents for development projects for in-house and vendor projects, actively design forms, datastores and reports as needed 3. Work with the Network Administrator to assist in maintaining a network infrastructure that is available at least 99.5% of the time. Work with the Network Administrator in maintaining on-site and hosted telephone solutions. 4. Provide onsite and remote technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person. 5. Utilize the support ticketing application to thoroughly document efforts, monitor issues and ensure timely resolution of support requests. 6. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
