## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical support?, If you're a 2nd Line Analyst who enjoys problem-solving but wants to move closer to systems and automation, this could be your next move., * Strong customer focus and communication skills

 * Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
 * A genuine interest in systems, integrations, and automation
 * Basic knowledge of networking, security, or scripting (PowerShell desirable).
 * Curiosity and a desire to move beyond service desk into systems

## Description

You'll join our Internal IT Systems Team, supporting colleagues across the UK and Europe while gaining exposure to key business systems and projects.

 * Own and resolve 2nd line support tickets with a strong focus on user experience
 * Provide support across internal systems including ConnectWise, BrightGauge, QuoteWerks, Exchequer and Propel
 * Work closely with senior engineers to maintain, improve, and secure core platforms
 * Support system performance, availability and upgrades
 * Assist with automation, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Contribute to internal IT projects across a range of technologies
 * Help produce reporting and management insights, * A 2nd Line Analyst feeling ready for the next step
 * Someone who enjoys troubleshooting but wants more ownership and impact
 * A tech enthusiast curious about how systems connect and businesses operateIf you're looking for a role that bridges the gap between support and systems
