In this on-site role, you will partner with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve safety, yield, and throughput while maintaining strict aerospace standards. Responsibilities include process design and validation, troubleshooting shop-floor issues, driving continuous improvement projects, documenting work instructions, and supporting new product introductions in a highly technical, quality-focused environment., * Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace castings and precision-machined components. * Lead process validation, capability studies, and documentation for new and existing products. * Troubleshoot production issues on the shop floor and implement sustainable corrective actions. * Drive continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, yield, and throughput. * Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. * Collaborate with production, quality, and design engineering to meet customer and regulatory requirements. * Analyze production data using SPC and other tools to reduce variation and defects. * Support new product introductions and transfers across plants or production lines. * Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, internal specifications, and customer requirements. * Provide technical training and guidance to operators and technicians on processes and best practices.
