## About the Role

Do you have experience in VBA?, * Advanced knowledge of SQL is essential

 * Knowledge of Python and/or VBA desirable
 * Curious, self-motivated, and proactive individual with a can-do attitude
 * Ability to work on projects and solve problems independently
 * Experience of project and stakeholder management
 * Ability to liaise and communicate at both a technical and non-technical level
 * Keen eye for detail and good quality control
 * Ability to work to tight deadlines and to deliver accurate results
 * Excellent presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills
 * Ability to work well in a team

## Description

* Work with our colleagues in Controlling to provide support for all national departments, generating trusted data views to support reporting and analysis.
 * Developing, testing and implementing solutions that provide the business with the ability to gain insight from the data.
 * Gather, manipulate and analyse data from various sources, both internal and external, to create new insights.
 * Define and support governance for new methods of data retrieval through documentation and training of processes.
 * Provide innovative reporting solutions including process improvements and automation.
 * Manage your own projects end-to-end: defining requirements, conducting test cases, demonstrating value, and supporting implementation\adoption.
 * Communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues across the business to ensure understanding and trust in our solutions and insights.
 * Take responsibility for achieving high technical standards so that your solutions are appropriate, comprehensible, well-structured, and reproducible.
