This role will support the growth of the consulting business across strategic account(s) by leveraging both existing & emerging capabilities, in addition to creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth. The role is expected to support the growth agenda, provide thought leadership and be the trusted advisor (in a transformational and delivery capacity) across the following areas; * AI-powered HR/Workforce Transformation * Enterprise Platforms * Learning & Development Services * Organization Design & Target Operating Model * Digital & AI Change AdoptionProvide pull-through opportunities for wider Wipro Consulting practice areas and other areas of Wipro eco-system, * Lead large-scale people and transformation programmes delivering measurable business impact * Build and grow senior client relationships as a trusted CHRO advisor * Originate and convert consulting opportunities to drive profitable growth * Deliver complex, multi-shore engagements with commercial accountability * Develop and coach high-performing teams and future consulting talent * Shape thought leadership and go-to-market propositions in People & Change ͏Who we are looking for Support Business Development & Deliver * Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organization * Successful in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships * Bring a self-sufficient approach that will be both pro-active in supporting business development opportunities as well as effective at creating personal utilization in our 'sell & deliver' operating model (after a period of embedding)Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value. Driving Transformation * Be a champion and passionate advocate for People & Change in the CHRO landscape to reposition Wipro as a strategic partner to accelerate and sustain customer value.
