You will work closely with the shift team leader, providing accurate business updates for the receiving area., * IWS & Standardized Work: Execute processes as per the standard with ability to challenge a process through root cause analysis and to update/create a standard. * Identifying complex losses and contribute to elimination efforts via IWS: You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across the receiving area and routinely participate in loss elimination exercises. * Fundamentals Ownership: Demonstrate perfect execution of site fundamental results on Safety, Quality and Internal Controls. You will be required to record and document any fundamental outages in these areas. * Business Results Ownership: Ownership of a specific area and deliverables (Receiving & Loading) and ownership of the end of shift expectations & cleaning standards of an area. * Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across all departments to ensure the daily business is delivered on time and a clear handover provided to the oncoming shift., * Continuous coaching: you will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager., P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment.
