## About the Role

* 8+ years in z/OS system programming
 * Strong command of z/OS architecture, system commands, utilities and troubleshooting
 * Experience with system management tools and automation
 * Good level of English
 * Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

 * z/OS certification or related field
 * Experience with JES, IMS, CICS
 * Knowledge of REXX or COBOL
 * Experience with cloud-based mainframe environments

 * Analyze system performance using SMF data
 * Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
 * Lead and mentor a remote team distributed across several EU countries
