## Description

We're looking for down-to-earth people, with bags of energy, ready to make their mark on the automotive industry. Our Site Operations and Driving teams play a vital role across our business. Here you can build on your knowledge and find your specialty at one of our sites or on the road - the opportunities are endless.
Main purpose of the role

Within this role, you will be joining a team that provides support to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations within your division. An ideal candidate for this role will have great administrative and data entry skills, a flexible approach and lots enthusiasm.

Your key responsibilities will be:

 * General office duties such as completing data, uploading files to the internal systems, filling paperwork, responding to telephone and email queries
 * Creating and maintaining records of incoming vehicles and liaising with the site on any vehicles that have been rejected
 * Managing movement schedule and vehicle tracker
 * Dealing with any customer returns for repairs ensuring a quick turnaround
 * Other ad-hoc administrative duties will be included
 * To ensure all work is completed within the time allotted.
 * To work efficiently to ensure, targets are met.
 * To develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships with colleagues.
